Day 1 – Rome – Florence
Meet your guide and driver at your hotel for a great start of your private tour of Rome. You will admire the historic monuments of the old city on the Seven Hills. Walk the streets of Ancient Rome, the Colosseum, most incredible tourist attraction and the Imperial Fora. Reach the heart of Baroque Rome, with the Trevi Fountain that is worth a visit, Piazza Navona with its beautiful fountain of the Four Rivers by Bernini, the Spanish Steps and St. Peter’s square. At the end of this informative tour our driver and guide will leave you at the rail station from where you will catch your HS train heading to Florence. Upon arrival in Florence our tour ambassador will meet you for a short walk to the hotel and an hassle free check in.

Day 2 – Florence

Today your private guide will help you discover the wonders of Florence. From your downtown hotel an easy walk and here it is, the Basilica of Santa Croce, symbol of the city and extraordinary gothic jewel, Piazza della Signoria, heart of medieval Florence, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, where Brunelleschi’s Dome and Giotto’s Bell Tower made this Church the greatest work of the 15th century. Eventually step into the Academia, one of the most renowned museums in the world housing the David by Michelangelo. Skip the line tickets for an easy access to the Accademia.

In the afternoon you can either continue your self exploration of Florence take a short excursion to Pisa, city of the leaning tower.

Day 3 – Florence – Venice

Meet your tour ambassador for an hassle free transfer to the rail station and continue your journey to Venice, the most romantic city in the world. Upon arrival in Venice you will be greeted by a local guide for a walking tour. A walk to the iconic sites the Rialto Bridge crossing the Gran Canal with its Murano glass stores is a definite must see. Reach then St. Mark’s Square, perfect place to stop for a Coffee or a Prosecco before the visit of the stunning St. Mark’s Basilica and the splendid Doge’s Palace, seat of the Venetian government, stroll along the Bridge of Sighs and gaze upon the canals and the lagoon.

In the afternoon you can take a gondola ride down the Grand Canal and admire the city from the water, crossing small canals and Delve into the magical atmosphere of this unique city. Or maybe you would prefer wandering through the Venetian Calli, the small characteristic streets that intersect the city where you can still live the city away from mass tourism, and stop again to sip your Spritz where gondola riders like to stop for their drinks. Another option might be a tour to the Islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello.

Day 4 – Venice – Verona – Milan

Your journey continues to the beautiful city of Verona, hometown to Shakespeare’s Romeo &Juliet. Its beautiful historic center can be easily explored on foot or by bicycle. From Piazza delle Erbe, the vibrant heart of t of Verona, with its beautiful architecture and its medieval Tower of Lamberti, the richly frescoed walls of the houses Mazzanti, Maffei Palace and the Ancient Roman Fountain The walk will continue towards house of Juliet and the famous Balcony, close your eyes and feel the romance of the two innocente lovers and the rivalry of their families, Capuleti and Montecchi, till the tragic end of an impossible love. With our hearts full of love and dreams we reach Piazza Bra, and see the magnificent Arena di Verona, a perfectly preserved Roman Amphitheater, one of the largest of its kind in the world, home of the open air Opera House. The visit will end with a walk on the Peter Bridge from where you can admire the red roofs of the city and the spectacular view of the ruins of the Roman Theatre, dating back to 100 BC, even more ancient than the Arena of Verona.

It’s time to continue your trip, so back to the rail station and head to your last destination, Milan.

Day 5 – Milan
Breakfast at the Hotel.
Meeting with your local guide at the Hotel for a walking tour of Milan, reach Piazza Duomo and thanks to our privileged access you will skip the line and easily get into the Duomo, symbol of Milan. A gothic jewel with its beautiful stained glass windows, 5 naves and a unique terrace (optional visit) with its 3500 statues and 135 spires, from which you can gaze upon the architecture of the second capital of Italy. Continue then our walk to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with its luxury boutiques, the Teatro alla Scala, the prestigious Milan Opera House inaugurated in 1778. The tour will end with the Castello Sforzesco, the medieval emblem of the city.
